Useless piece of junk

The app freezes after the first start while loading countries list. Cannot go any further. Happy it was free to download. Did not expect such poor performance from Europcar app.

This is a really helpful app for car hire in Europe. The customer service that has accompanied the use of the app has been phenomenal. Never disappointed!

I rented a car in June at Barcelona airport with Euri car. Now in August I have 3 transactions showing I rented car at Euro Car, which I did not. Euro Car customer service were no help, thank god for credit card customer service.

Because of that car crisis we paid for limusine (private car)first back to hotel and continue to the airport. We were about 2 ours been late for our flight. We had to buy new 3 tickets. And I was sick I got medical help there. At the and we late for our shift in our jobs. So I just want to complain from this rental car company EUROPCAR made us very bad Service and dishonest behaved. Just took our money and made us sick and waste our time too much. We left from Dubai very bad mood, angry and furious ,sadly memories What could be compensated for it???
