I just got error messages from the server. This is even worse than their mobile website. Search functions are inert. DOA.

Had trouble due to the credit card company thinking it was suspicious. Although we had called earlier to notify them of our trip they still would not let the transaction through. Once we called the credit card again they cleared the purchase and it went smoothly

I always rent from Europcar, although they have fewer rental outlets than some of the competitors. But the cars are always good, the prices are reasonable, and the rental process is usually easy. The app is likewise, very easy to use and very clear. Good job!
