Horrible instructions

Why play at all?

I bet I would like the app and my Eufy 30C Max, but instructions for both are horrible.

I recently had my RoboVac replaced by Eufy because it would fail to connect to the app during the setup process. The new robovac has the same problem. I made sure my WiFi was 2.4 Ghz and within 5 ft of range. The WiFi password is correct and this happens on my iPhone and my gf’s iPhone. Please update and fix the app, I can’t schedule or remote control the robovac!

Won’t go home!

My vac will not go back to recharge when I use the app. It says it’s charging and it has been all through my house and I can’t get it to go home. Like it doesn’t recognize it!! Very frustrating to say the least. It just started doing this too, it didn’t do it when I first bought it a couple months ago!

Ever since the iOS 14 update

My light bulbs are no longer connected and trying to get them to connect again just doesn’t work. Each time I try to reach out to support, they are unavailable. How frustrating! Main issue during setup is going to settings to connect the device to the Eufy option which just no longer works at all.

With iOS 14, I can no longer connect my dozen eufy smart devices. I don’t know if this is an Apple issue or a eufy issue, but the eufy devices are all useless now. No other wireless systems I have were affected.

I keep getting error on app that I’m not connected to robo wife although I’m. Totally useless app I can’t connect to vacuum cleaner

Great app but it constantly asks me to add a device , even when in cleaning mode ??‍♀️

Last iOS 14 update has caused issues, try this..

1. Reset network settings 2. Only connect to your 2G network 3. Try to connect devices again, if loading icon disappears, go back and forth between app and network settings

Trash! Robot and app buggy as all get out

The app only provides the helpful error that it can’t connect on iOS 14, despite setting showing connected and pulling a 192.168 private address. The robot will just spin in circles after encountering *any* error, the online help only says to contact support. No thanks, I’m going to contact the returns desk.
