Vacuum hardware is great; very pleased. Regarding the app - Devs, please refactor this app to include a “map repository” so the user base can use the vacuum on multiple floors without having to re-map a floor, and without having to manually re-configure “no mop” & “no go” zones.

Does not connect to robovac

Followed steps but keeps failing to connect to device. 2.4ghz network, correct password, good signal strength on vac and phone to router, reset vac, all troubleshooting steps. Nothing helps to connect to the device.

Affordable and does the job!!!! Amazed by house smart and powerful it is. Also love the app!!! This is the best thing since sliced bread!!!!!

Why separate apps

Eufy makes great products, and I love that most (but not all unfortunately) work with Apple HomeKit. But I do not understand why Eufy has to create a separate app for every line of products. One app for cameras and locks. One app for light bulbs, plugs, and vaccuum’s. One app for scales. One app for blood pressure monitor. That’s overload. Other companies let you control all their devices from one app. So much nicer to have it consolidated. With Eufy, I need a whole folder on my phone to house all the apps they keep adding. Not user friendly at all.

Why does an app that turns my robotic vacuum need my precise location? That is a HUGE privacy concern for me. App will not connect to robovac without it.

I had to reset my WiFi, and following the directions when I try to pair it, I see the WiFi network and can connect, but the app keeps saying connection error

I used it for first time yesterday and when I emptied the dust cup I was amazed at how well it picked up. Now can sit in easy chair and do not have to use a heavy cleaner. Love it!!!!!

Worked fine for awhile but if you have to change your WiFi settings, it is useless. Constantly shutting down & not connecting. Probably won’t buy another EufyHome product.

This app is a good company to a great vacuum. I have the L70 with full mapping capabilities. A few small enhancements and the app could be great. The app lacks support for rotating no go zones and does not allow you to name rooms for zone cleaning with Alexa. If these features were part of the app, it would be 5 star.
