Needs a severe update

This app is now sluggish when you compare other housing search apps like Zillow. I downloaded Etta a few months ago and it worked okay, albeit slow. Now it won’t even load up most of the time, or if it does open, the app just crashes or aborts any search whatsoever. IOS is running at the latest software. Please update this app.

Best Real Estate App Ever! I get up to date listings from siliconvalleyhometour.com. Surprise that it gives me better results than Zillow and Redfin. I can msg directly through the app about the listing. This app is super intuitive and will recommend it to all my friends & family!

Lots of potential but missing some key features

As a realtor, I would love this app!! Especially because it gives super accurate info and lets me connect with my clients. BUT 3 things though: 1) it doesn't let you search for a specific address. I type in a certain address, but it only searches me to that area - then I have to sort through and find it. I'd love for it to pull up that address if it's currently listed (most of the great real estate search apps do this) 2) when I search a city or zip code, I'd like it to pull up ONLY that city or zip code. Currently it searches you to that zip code, but if the map is zoomed out too far, it will include neighboring zips/areas. This isn't too bad if you're just browsing, but when it gets down to business time, this is SUPER frustrating! 3) when my clients view the list of agent recommended houses for them (ones that I recommend), there's a bug where they can't click back to view the rest. Seems like a very small fix, but one that really needs to be taken care of PLEASE fix the issues so this app will be viable. It looks awesome and connects with messaging and CRM. If only it was functional!
Can’t get out of full screen photos

Once you pull up the full screen images of a listing FORGET IT! You have to completely close out of the app to go back. There is no back or close button. Update the iPad app please!

A very easy to use home search app that ensured I saw the newest listings right away. I really enjoyed the map functionality. The app kept me connected to my agent so we could scheduling a showing very easily. It also allows you to share favorited properties with my family so we had a “home base”. The app played a big role in helping us find our new home.

Where are the houses?

Houses.net became Etta for some unknown reason. Doing a quick 2 minute test vs Zillow app I see 2000+ properties on Zillow app and zero on Houses.net for the same map area. (Yes I removed coming soon from Zillow app) I'd love an explanation.
