Looking for a crib

Awesome app. Can draw the area I want with my finger and the info is not dated with a bunch of sold homes listed for sale, like other sites.

Used to be a good app and now it won't show any of my favored properties anymore. Now I have to go to the website just to see them, which defies the whole point of even having the app.......

This is the best home search app I have ever used! This does so many more things than every other home search app out there. 1. It lets you look up properties on the go with GPS map search, City search, ZIP Code search, Address search, and even get accurate information while sitting in front of the house for sale. 2. Request a showing right from the app 3. Thumbs up or Thumbs down a property to keep track. 4. Share the listing with friends. 5. Even invite your significant other or family members to collaborate with you on your new home search.

Great app in the beginning! Loved that it's up to date on all the info (contingent, pending, sold). Much better than Zillow or Realtor. As of lately, however, it's not loading all the information and showing errors. No updates are available either. Happening on both my iPhone and iPad. Please provide an update! Also, the option to hide any unwanted properties would make this app perfect!

Nearly useless since it won't load home details but I like that my realtor can see which houses we are saving.

I'm an agent with a CINC website and downloaded this yet it gives some different agent in here with no option to add me. Not good. Won't be sending my clients to other agents so fix your app please.

Great app but missing some features

As a realtor, I LOVE this app!! Especially because it gives super accurate info and lets me connect with my clients. 3 things though: 1) it doesn't let you search for a specific address. I type in a certain address, but it only searches me to that area - then I have to sort through and find it. I'd love for it to pull up that address if it's currently listed (most of the great real estate search apps do this) 2) when I search a city or zip code, I'd like it to pull up ONLY that city or zip code. Currently it searches you to that zip code, but if the map is zoomed out too far, it will include neighboring zips/areas. This isn't too bad if you're just browsing, but when it gets down to business time, this is SUPER frustrating! 3) when my clients view the list of agent recommended houses for them (ones that I recommend), there's a bug where they can't click back to view the rest. Seems like a very small fix, but one that really needs to be taken care of

Doing a quick 2 minute test vs Zillow app I see 2000+ properties on Zillow app and zero on Houses.net for the same map area. (Yes I removed coming soon from Zillow app) I'd love an explanation.

I don't know who would be responsible to update the listings, but there are many that i know are no longer available, but show up as available. Also, the filters do not allow you to search just for houses. Very frustrating app. My realtor insisted I use this app, but I was getting so frustrated with it, I had to stop so I wouldn't start crying from the frustration. Buying a home is stressful enough with this app making it worse. Don't use it! No open house information either. Waste of time.
