Couldn't even sign in

I created a long in on my SG4, and then downloaded to my iPad to view pictures larger. I couldn't sign in, and when tried to sign in it said "error email not recognized". But when I tried to create a new login, it said "already existing account" them it told me to sign in.... I went to sign in and it said the same thing as before...deleted from phone and iPad!

No choice for Washington, D.C. and every zip code I try whether DC or MD has zero results. A disappointment.
It crashes

It seemed fine until today ( that's when I need it most), and after several tries it keeps crashing instantly . Not sure if it's worth the time & frustration
