Didnt like the customer service

They suspend my account a couple of times preventing me from making money and losing specific oportunities just because they wanted me to call them without specifing any particular subject. Very unprofessional.
User interface is very confusing

Please look around to your competitions’ app to get some inspiration. This seems to be designed by a 5 year old
Missing some key info that would help greatly
Jim - New to E-Trade
Does not show the total number of shares currently owned on TRADING screen. Requires me to have to keep going back to PORTFOLIO screen to get that info and then start my trade over.. YUEK! Does not appear to offer a list of previous orders or transactions that can be either helpful or critical in keeping my records/trades straight. Schwab has both the above.
Better than E*TRADE web-based software

I like the simplicity, ease of use, ability to do everything I need. No problems found. Keep it up E*TRADE
