Missing some key info that would help greatly – E*TRADE: Invest. Trade. Save. Review

Does not show the total number of shares currently owned on TRADING screen. Requires me to have to keep going back to PORTFOLIO screen to get that info and then start my trade over.. YUEK! Does not appear to offer a list of previous orders or transactions that can be either helpful or critical in keeping my records/trades straight. Schwab has both the above.
