Etch is a first ever gesture based multi-tasking keyboard that allows users to quickly communicate and access services by drawing simple shapes on a grid. Without switching between apps, you can look for a restaurant on Yelp, search gifs on Giphy, or share a video from Youtube.
1. Search and share from Yelp, Giphy, Youtube, and many more apps!
2. Share your location
3. Send frequently used messages, email address and more
Good app I suppose, good transitions and smooth typing. But if you don't have a Facebook or don't want to use your Facebook your out of luck.
Not everyone uses FB, and what's the point of requiring it anyone? Is it sell information? Really dumb requirement.
Don't force a user to sign in through Facebook. Terrible UX. The keyboard seems great though. Disappointed.
Read the permission for access! This app requests permission to track everything you type and send that info to the Etch company. I denied access and it won't work without it. Deleted it. I don't have space in my life for that nonsense.
Don't complain about Facebook login all you gotta do is get Facebook lol dummies sry for calling you guys a dummy I just had 2
Like just downright awful. The very limited gestures are completely useless. You can't even create your own to make them less useless. And considering they're shortcuts, they should at least auto-complete with proper grammar. The entire basis of this keyboard isn't practical and never will be. Might as well cut your losses and pull it from the App Store. Just terrible.
