Alarm went off for 1 hr and 25 mins ... no one was notified

We had a break in tonight and the alarm sounded and no one was notified. I was told by the protection 1 that it was our fault since the system had issues with connecting to the server. They said they called a few days earlier but when they repeated the number on file ... it was a completely different number. Cool. We had $$$, register and our iPads ... stolen. If it wasn’t for our good neighbors calling us in advance ... it could have been worse. Thanks but no thanks. We will be discontinuing our service for both locations.

The app rarely works. Take multiple times to set the alarm remotely. Pretty worthless.

Is reliable to perform all function and monitoring when away. Is very expensive to implement. Use it seamlessly to monitor 2 homes in widly different states.

I have lost count of how many times my wife or I have had to run into our house and turn off the alarm because the app can’t connect to our system.
