Decent app

Som1els

Sometimes the app does not arm and many times it is very slow.

iPhone XS Max issues

GreatExample78

Please have a look at fixing the GUI for the new Xs Max. I can not attach a screen shot so the best explanation I can give is the labels are under the icons within the app and the spacing is way off.

Link with Amazon Dot not working. Help?

Cdmatt

When I attempt to link Dot to my Protection One account/device, I am taken to alarm.com rather than eSecure or Honeywell. Therefore my username and password are not recognized. Solution?

My cameras don’t work and I paid over $2,000 to upgrade and it’s terrible! Customer service is quick to suggest an upgrade but no solutions for my non working system.

Service

New Justice

I have issues with my system at least 5-8 times a month. I can’t arm or disarm from my phone a 6F or bF keeps showing up. My communion does not work from my panel.i am so tired of E secure or ADT I am looking at other protection services to get my money’s worth, if someone decides to kick in my door you all don’t get a signal. I left earlier the side door was open and the alarm went off I received a call to make sure everything was on it was working I come back 2 hours later no communication. I am just tired of calling every week.

Somewhat helpful

Magzpony

This app does literally what is essentially needed. Would be nice to have a Dark Mode and perhaps a more streamlined “Armed” and “Unarmed” process.

Easy to use

Howard HH.

I am pleased with this app. It is easy to understand and use.

Cell phone reception doesn’t work very well.

Site won’t let you send a review very easily

Another unsatisfied customer

Thanx for nothing

My alarm keeps generating a low battery error message and I have not been contacted about the error code. You would think the eror msg would cause the alarm company to call immediately to setup an appointment or to make sure I dont need assistance.
