On a Sunday when you want to watch a movie or a show, darn thing does not work and does not even let me log in. I wish I could get a refund. Paid for the whole year . What a waste.
Developers are out of touch

Eros has never added a landscape orientation on their app. They update when it effects their bottom line. Unsubscribe when you realize most of the features you pay for are unavailable to use. Also, this updated has a lot of bugs the IPad. A company as big as yours needs to get it together.
It's take too long to add movies

It's HD movies but they took too long to add latest movies. Like months & months.

Most of the movies won't stream to Google Chrome cast, only Apple TV. Also they rarely add new titles. Don't waste your money on this app.

Signs up with unknown password and doesn't let's you sign in from 2nd time. The link to verify is a dead link. Poor technology. Poor support

New release movies every single week and blockbuster hits available all the time. The thing I love about this app is that you can type in an actor's name and find a lot of their movies to watch. This app is absolutely amazing. I give it my highest recommendation. And much ❤️ love . All these movies bring so much joy and happiness to my heart and soul. I love this app and Eros in general. I am an English speaking girl who is half American half Egyptian . I am too am a lover of all things Bollywood and Hindi I really enjoy my subscription . . I have terminal leukemia and I watch many many movies with you guys . I'm so thankful for this app . Please add a few more SRK movies , be still my heart . ❤️? Updated review post 6/27/2017 Eros now has everything in perfect sinc . A huge variety of movie choices each week which I love . I would like to see you get Shivaay and a couple more new releases such as Kaabil asap . Those are on my mind and looking for Shob Chalritro Kalponic for a long time Bipasha Basu. I highly recommend this app for anyone who enjoys Hindi drama , Bollywood , or Tamil movies they have them all . Most used app on my network . The support with this team is stellar and I always get help when needed and an immediate response . Thanks guys ? Five stars .?????
Customer Service is useless!

The customer service (Max and Kumar) is so hopeless, it's almost hilarious! First they do not read the details of the issue and ask questions even when the information is already within the initial email. There are periods of silence where one does not hear anything. And suddenly you hear back when they ask if it was resolved. "How could this have been resolved when I got no direction from you?", I asked. Never heard from them again. Huh? Instead of resolving the issue, they were happy to have me cancel my subscription. And Eros pays them! Guess support is laughing all the way to the bank! They do nothing, lose customers and still get paid. Pathetic! 8/25 Update... I received an update from Alistair and he provided technical details in simple terms that explained the issue. Very professional. The problem has been addressed and fixed. Thank you!
