Customer Service is useless! – Eros Now Review

The customer service (Max and Kumar) is so hopeless, it's almost hilarious! First they do not read the details of the issue and ask questions even when the information is already within the initial email. There are periods of silence where one does not hear anything. And suddenly you hear back when they ask if it was resolved. "How could this have been resolved when I got no direction from you?", I asked. Never heard from them again. Huh? Instead of resolving the issue, they were happy to have me cancel my subscription. And Eros pays them! Guess support is laughing all the way to the bank! They do nothing, lose customers and still get paid. Pathetic! 8/25 Update... I received an update from Alistair and he provided technical details in simple terms that explained the issue. Very professional. The problem has been addressed and fixed. Thank you!
