Worst App ever

This has got to be one of the worst apps that i have ever used. I downloaded the app and was supposed to get a 7 day free trial on Fire TV. And of course, I had to log on to their web page so that I could activate the free trial. I did that and was surprised that i was charged the membership fee within 2 minutes. I let it go. I then began to browse their selection and realised that it was totally crappy. Not worth a membership subscription at all. So I cancelled my membership. I was told I paid ahead for a month. And my subscription would be cancelled after one month. Fine.... lesson learnt. Imagine my surprise when o was charged again after a week for another months membership. And no way of cancellation on the Fire TV app. I had to call the credit card company whose only option was to re-issue my credit card. And then I called Amazon. So much effort because of Eros Now trying to keep charging their customers every couple of weeks!!! Highly unrecommend!!!!

I want cancel the subscription it not at all easy, there is no way to un-subscribe the plan. If they is 0 star but i cant

I love the app and all the content. And there’s more every week. I saw a mention of freemium membership but there’s no option to sign up under plans. This is very exciting! But how do you use it?!

I downloaded this app because it mentioned a freemium plan however every time I click to watch a movie it says I need to pay for a subscription

Eros now says that they have freemium, but no matter what I try it says that I have to subscribe and have a premium plan I don’t think you guys have a freemium plan,it’s just a scam And Eros comment that I have to subscribe for AVOD plan!! But there’s no AVOD plan at all
