I would give it 0/5. I subscribed to this app on monthly basis . Got charged twice for $4.99 but never gives me access to the videos and asks me to subscribe again . Tried reaching support through app but they never got back to me. Complete waste of money

My first ever app review and it’s because this app is dreadful. Downloaded it a few hours ago. Watched 1 movie and after that its constantly crashing and nothing is loading. Tried deleting and redownloading. I can’t even access the Movies page to see what’s available Tried the Android app and it’s equally terrible. The website is so bad nothing plays either. Please fix ASAP. Would not even consider paying for this.

I signed up and chose annual subscription $49.99 and reedeemed promo code EROSVIJAY for free annual subscription. I tried for 4 or 5 times but still its showing me basic subscription. I contacted customer care but no one get back to me to fix issue . I hope they don’t charge me anything as I redeemed promo code for free annual subscription. Customer care is worst ever I have experienced in my life . The app is also not easy and handy like others app . There is no option that I can give zero star so I have to give them one star . Guys plz do not ever subscribe .

The app on Apple TV only allows you to sign in using your email. My account is through my phone number and so I have to always airplay it. I can’t even add my email to my account for some weird reason. What a pain :(

I love love love this show!! Best ever!!! Sure wish it was subtitled in English!

I signed up for a Premium trial and tried to cancel it. It did not work. After THREE emails to their support center, they have not responded but they have continued to charge me. There is no call center number, so I cannot call them. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I’ve been emailing them about my subscription and why I can’t watch any movies on the app, it keeps telling me to subscribe to watch but they’ve been charging me and taking my money and won’t respond back! Absolutely horrible! My Case #: 00185967
