Only thing I would add is a feature that looped the videos for however many sets we need to and a built in rest timer between sets / circuits. Either way great app great content!!

Eric is the man. Got this app for lockdown workouts with kettlebells and resistance bands at home. Easily the best workouts I’ve experienced with rapid results. Improved strength, posture, mobility. All you need to feel great and make meaningful gains.

Eric’s content is of the highest quality - intuitive and organized. There is something here for everyone and at all skill and fitness levels. I use this app 5x per week - kettlebells and body weight - which is ideal for home workouts, and I’ve seen and felt significant gains. Highly recommend this app!!

Unlike most “fitness” apps out there, Primal Fit truly makes it easy for me to find challenging Kb flows so that I don’t spend time scouring the internet to piece a workout together. Eric comes through with the heeeeeeat. This is a must download app that will live on your first screen. Thank you to Eric and the team! ??

I love the workouts but I’m experiencing bugs that really hurt the experience. The play button for the exercise demonstrations and the next button to get to the next part of the work out will become unresponsive. I have to tap them numerous times to get them to work. It’s unfortunate because it really breaks up the rhythm of my workout. Hopefully this issue is either unique to me or gets sorted out soon. Eric Leija is a great trainer and shouldn’t get bad reviews because of dumb technical problems.

Why would you pay $14.99 monthly for a app that only shows you other programs that you will also have to pay for? (All greater than$100) There is one 4 week program included. The other videos included on the app are all on YouTube. The app should be free and the programs should be paid for. I can’t understand why anyone would pay monthly for a app that is useless, unless only you spend more money on programs.

Just started using the app and your system and loving it so far. Only issue I've run into is that you lose your place in the video if you switch out of the app for any reason. Happens even on downloaded videos.

Got this app because I’m new to kettlebells and was looking for some tips on technique. I got way more than expected. I dig into this app every morning when I workout and have really noticed how much better I feel when I take the time to do the mobility and decompression exercises. Thanks, Eric! You’re a beast!
