Awesome App

longo 7 W

Love this app and the workouts. It has helped me progress with my fitness tremendously. I feel stronger, leaner, and have better mobility. The workouts are well formatted, paced well, and offer a variety. They are fun as well. I recommend this app for anyone looking to change things up and improve their fitness routine.

Crashing

Makaveli824

The app has so much potential but it keeps crashing on me whenever I leave the screen. The videos are glitchy too. Otherwise I love the workouts and the layout! Killer results ?

Loving it!

Eric you’re awesome! I’ve purchased several programs which I haven’t done or finished , but not this one, I look forward to. A timer would be helpful though.

Phenomenal content but glitchy app

Adaaad

I love the workouts and layout of the app but it is very glitchy. 1. I can not listen to my own music while following a workout or exercise. 2. If I minimize the app to respond to a text or do something else on my phone even for a few seconds, the app is either glitchy or non responsive when I go back in. This forces me to shutdown the app and start my workout over. Please fix these issues and I’ll keep paying for the app! If not I’m gonna find something else.

Great content and Awesome coach!

The app is filled with amazing content and very informative step by step cues, Coach Eric and his app were the best addition to my at home quarantine workouts.

Comprehensive Kettlebell App

lovedance1004

I love this kettlebell app. I started using kettlebells this year and I really like that Eric includes Warm Ups (Movement Prep), Mobility and Decompression. There is something for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. This is a truly comprehensive app and includes instruction on not only kettlebells, but barbells, dumbbells, bands and bodyweight (just to name a few as there are more). I am a workout junkie for life and I am super picky when it comes to instructors! After watching many hours of video content on social media of both male and female trainers that are kettlebell focused, I chose Eric’s. There are a few others that are Onnit trained that I liked, but I thought Eric had the best technique, and this is what I look at (that and how good of shape they are in-do they practice what they preach?)-a true fitness pro in my book. I also like the primal logo and color combos (black and red) which suit my personality?. App is super easy to navigate and user friendly??. Well worth all the content included.

Storage?

JJR49er

Love the app and all the content but it’s taking up 20GB on my phone! I deleted all the downloads but that didn’t make much of a difference. Do favorites or watch list items take up space?

Hate the update layout

Wastinaway

It was fine the way it was. Now I have to click on each individual part of the workout and it’s annoying. I may cancel...I hate it that much. Makes the workout very disjointed. Please fix it!

Unusably disjointed, glitchy, and blocked by paywalls

nikk.etc

Do not download this - the only I've never given a 1 star review and I wish I could give it zero. I am so disappointed because I love his kettlebell workouts on instagram and i saw the great reviews (from a year ago) for this app -- I've never seen an app this bad in my life, and I work in tech. You could POSSIBLY enjoy the one non-paywall'd workout series if you could run this on a computer with multiple screens and have a printer for the PDF - but on your phone? It froze, restarted, redirected to the wrong menu at least 20 times just getting through the warm-ups (there is no total time listed for any session so hope you're not on a tight workout schedule) and then didn't realize i needed twin kettlebells until I played the first video. There are daily workouts - well, 3, as I can't seem to scroll down even if the bottom one is half cut off. The volume is too low to hear and a majority of the videos don't even have explanations on move or form other than 'JOINT MOBILITY' randomly flashing on the bottom. The few comments you find on all videos and sections boil down to "I'm so confused" or "what happened to the old useful version of this app?" The whole thing's beyond broken and I'm not sure what happened, but if they're trying to inspire anything primal beyond rage, they've got a lot of work to do.

Doesn’t get any better

The best.
