Eric is amazing!!!

The True Wild Thing

I’m giving this app 5 stars because Eric Leija is outstanding as a coach and mentor. Also the latest update fixed some of the glitches I was experiencing. My only fear is that Eric will stop doing his daily workouts one day! But until then I will keep using this as my main home workout app.

Great App!

If you want to be challenged and looking for someone to motivate and coach you to help you reach your goals, check out this app. Eric is a great coach and provides helpful tutorials for beginners, but challenging programs to keep your heart rate going. Couldn’t be happier.

I stumbled upon this program a few weeks ago and have never turned back. I’m focusing on the Single Kettlebell program. The videos in the app are high quality and the workouts kick my a$& regularly - a good balance of body weight and kettlebell exercises. My endurance is up after 4 weeks. The instructor Eric is such a nice guy and provides strong coaching. Highly recommend.

Awesome

The app is a great addition to the already fantastic programming Eric puts out. You can easily (well maybe not easily) crush your workout while following along. I love that the rest and timers are built in along with the legendary video coaching for each set/move.

Quarantine Beast Mode

It will eat your life.

First off, I want to say how grateful I am for the insane amount of free content Eric puts out. I started doing some of his workouts during the three and a half months I was stuck at home with a few kettle bells and dumbbells. His emphasis on form and the active recoveries are above and beyond anything I’ve done. After using free content for a couple of weeks I gladly purchased the 8 week single kettle Bell program and couldn’t be happier. I will say it was a little clunky on the website but the app has GREATLY streamlined everything. I see a lot of people complaining about two things: Eric not doing the entire workout on video. And having to go in and out of videos during the workout. I couldn’t disagree more. I personally would NEVER want to watch a video for my entire workout. I workout outside a lot and switch things up. The modularity offered by breaking the workouts up into different work sets is awesome in my opinion. After I learn the different work sets I have been putting together my own workouts and have incredible freedom in doing so. I always decide what I’m going to do ahead of time and keep a journal/log. Eric is teaching you HOW to work out. If you’re looking to copy someone for 45 minutes there are hundreds of other (lesser) videos out there. The usability of the app and the ridiculous amount of content and the constant stream of new stuff coupled with the quality easily warrants 5 stars. Just download it already!

Well thought out and designed!

The app is thought out, polished, designed with purpose and the content is of course fantastic. It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel like an afterthought, unlike many other apps that are vomited out with minimum effort. Love the workouts and Eric’s content!

Amazing!!

Eric is amazing and love his flows!! Haven’t had any problems with the app and the content is great....something for everyone. The only drawback, for me, is that I prefer to write down my w/o’s. So I have to click through each of the movements. (Maybe a list format of the moves with links to the videos). I click through and do the moves. 5 stars for Eric!!!!!!

Love the App

Well worth it!

Long story short but this app is great. I’ve been focusing on my bodyweight movements and mobility for the last couple years on top of being a member of a CF box. COVID hits and I’m unable to use the facilities. Just so happens that I’ve always loved KB movements in our workouts. After seeing Eric in the Onnit bodyweight program, purchased at the beginning of COVID stay at home measures were set in CA, I decided to look him up and really loved the fun tabata-esque sets of movements he would post. I noticed he mentioned having an app and 2 months in, I am hooked! I love the new update recently, it’s been easier to navigate through the daily workout sets. I’m still able to lift heavy, focus on bodyweight based movements that also challenge my mobility. For the first time in a long time, my body doesn’t feel run down and I can do these workouts 5 days straight, if I wanted to, without issue. I can’t say I felt that way after years doing CF workouts, strength training, etc. All and all, I’m really happy and I plan on continuing post CoViD too. Thank you!!!

Love this app

Downloaded the app and use it daily for the 8 week single kettlebell program. Love the program and was excited to start using the app midway through my 8 weeks. It is easy to use and has great videos to demonstrate each technique. App performance is good, no lag time and is very reliable. Only thing I would recommend is to add a print feature like the website offers. I’m kind of old school and like to print the workout, but also getting used to visualizing it on the app.
