Web print I hate this upgrade can I go back!!

I hate hate this upgrade!! Now it crashes trying to print from safari!! Please please please give us back web print. I will not pay $9.99 for your epson print app. I always gave this app 5 stars. No more. In the process of thinking you made it better it's worse. Not everyone uses safari anymore. I can no longer click up a web page in Facebook copy the link. Go to print web link which is all I used it for. Now I have to open in safari which I can't stand and enable the more option to get error messages. Another click. It went from point click to point click click click click UGH!!! Alas I am back to wishing I bought an AirPrint printer. Epson should check with users before removing the favorite option within their app. It stinks.

I can no longer print from Safari on my iPad or my iPhone 7. All firmware and software are up to date. If it would have worked as stated in the description, it would have made it so much easier and I would be giving the app 5 stars. Without this function working and by removing the feature from inside the app that allowed us to print webpages, this app is now useless for me. I'm very disappointed.

Cannot Print Web Pages

This app used to be amazing but now that I've updated it I have lost the ability to print web pages using the app. I used this feature all the time. Why would you remove something basic like that?

Do not let the bad reviews fool you. The app connected effortlessly with my Epson ET-2550, and performed well beyond my expectations.

Worst update ever. Can't print using app or website from iPhone or iPad. Consider this a BIG ZERO rating.

This app was convenient, being one of the few ways to print from an iPhone without having an apple AirPrinter. Now with this update, you can longer print from the web. Definitely not worth paying for it if that's what they're doing. Deleting the app and just going back to using my laptop.

Upgrade is bad; app is no longer useful

I used to love this app, it allowed me to print directly from safari but no longer. Even PDFs are unprintable now. Disappointed

I call BS on the positive reviews. Sounds like app designers defending their "not so usable" app. Should be able to simply find this printer on an Apple device just like HP. Not possible. Believe all the negative reviews......

Update made app useless for me

I used the web page print in the old version of this. Now to get that I must spend $9.99. I won’t be spending that! Absolutely ridiculous.

I have an older Epson 630 which isn't a true Air Printer because of its age. I couldn't print emails but was able to print web pages using my iPhone and iPad. Now that option is gone. I just made an online payment and found I couldn't print the receipt. This "upgrade" is a POS! Now an unhappy Epson customer. May rethink brands when it's time to replace the printer.
