Took my money and never received an email with redemption code. It’s been over a week of trying to contact customer service on email( there is no phone number) still waiting. Do not recommend at all.

I enjoyed epic while I had it. But whenever I cancelled a subscription, I would lose access. So even if I paid for a year and cancelled in a month, they would get rid of my access for the rest of the year. The only way to get it again would be to resubscribe and pay for another year. I got tired of this after several cancellations. So I emailed them. I got an email saying “thanks and we will get back to you”. That was more than 3 weeks ago - no response.

Epic is a wonderful reading app it helps me and it probably helps a lot of other kids and I was wondering if you can let me have it free it doesn’t really work for me on my iPad and I’m a huge fan on epic it helps me learn so much

There’s maybe a bug BECAUSE I can’t unlock anything else for some reason. I’m putting this review down because it’s maybe a bug/glitch. Please fix this if it is a bug/glitch. - an epic reader child
