Poor customer service – Epic - Kids' Books & Reading Review

I enjoyed epic while I had it. But whenever I cancelled a subscription, I would lose access. So even if I paid for a year and cancelled in a month, they would get rid of my access for the rest of the year. The only way to get it again would be to resubscribe and pay for another year. I got tired of this after several cancellations. So I emailed them. I got an email saying “thanks and we will get back to you”. That was more than 3 weeks ago - no response.
