I was playing just fine today using Facebook now it gives me error try again later on both my iPad and android phone. . Updating my review again . Doing same thing. I closed the app and now when it tries to open it says no connection and can’t get back on. It does it every few months mostly when I switch to log in with fb . I’m tired of deleting this app and Facebook plus deleting browser history . Restart iPad and android phone . Put back all apps for it to still not work. It’s not on my end because I never have problems with other casino apps I use only when this one wants to stop working. Why do this right before it’s time for VIP tuesday ? get it fixed now unless you are working on making the head to head double like it was for a week because someone forgot to put it back to 6,000,000. It was nice while it lasted. One more thing is to add more of the real slots like the 3 games that have to win on a line ??

This app has a nice variety of fun games to play for your enjoyment however once you get to a certain level it’s hard to advance. Another down fall is when it does let you increase your points it will take them back within a matter of minutes by not allowing you to win any coins on any game therefore forcing you to make a purchase or quit playing all together.

Would strongly advise/recommend not to download. You will regret it. Wasted three years of playing. Most games are rigged, payouts are exceptionally low. Most times when betting, win less amount of actual bet. Also get knocked out of games during free spins, and poof, it is gone, had that happen numerous times in high bet of games and lost millions as a result. Forget about being compensated for it via contacting service about issue, like trained robots repeating same line, oh do a screenshot of it. Well, how the hell can you do that when it knocks you out during free spins without warning, I firmly believe they have it rigged to do just that. I have no technical issues with my device. Also, based on pure observation since I have been playing, the same people always win the jackpots. I have been playing for three years, and not once have I won the daily jackpot located on the wheel before you go into games. Very, very discouraged from ever playing these games ever again; instead of enjoyment and fun, they cause anger and stress. Fair warning too, there are fake players/plants in all of the games that manipulates the games. They are in there 24/7, never spin, scores never change for months and are simultaneously in three to four games at the same time. I will deleting this app permanently and hope to save any potential players from downloading this app. Believe me, you will regret it! If anything, Big Fish needs to drown in its own pond of stagnant scum!

Since Churchill Downs purchased the BIG FISH enterprise they have methodically destroyed all of their online games. Every single day I see something else they have done to make sure the player wins as little as possible. It is unthinkable to me that there are people out there all over the world who continue to shell out money to lose. Paying to lose just doesn’t make any sense to me and to most i would hope. The difference between paying to play and not paying to play is “none”. I picture a sea of money in a vast field being set to flames...it’s heart breaking when you think of all that wasted money going to Big Fish so that they can continue to operate, please donate to a charitable cause vs. being treated like a sucker. Those of you who pay for Big Fish game to keep you highly entertained while at work all day are the biggest offenders/contributors...that is one huge reason it’s a certain no win daytime 6am until 6pm. Those who play Big Fish while at work are keeping BIG FiSH in business. If everyone stopped playing while at work they would go under. Big Fish doesn’t look at their online casino games with the same eyes as a gambler does...it’s all about an opportunity to pass the time away in the eyes of BIG FISH it’s not about playing to win...they know you will pay out the nose to be entertained as a distraction from everyday monotonous duties, etc...with that kind of mindset it’s going to be pay pay pay. Winning isn’t on their radar and until you finally understand where it is their mindset is you’ll keep shelling out until you realize it’s hopeless. I was luck enough to know what it was like before the current owners took over and have stayed because I am so intrigued by watching what they do day to day in an effort to allow no winning. Way too many big and small things they have done all in an effort to choke the life out of your gaming experience. You will be so frustrated from the constant losing you will continue to pay and pay and pay thinking your day is due or on the horizon....that is what they know you’ll do and it’s likely you will and for that I’m sorry. I’ve seen a handful of players in recent days with total daily win up to 30 billion and that is so absurd. They are bots playing in rooms planted there so that you’ll see that those kinds of wins are possible....this is one of their newest scams they want you to believe to be true. I am here to tell you they are not human players....there is no chance their system would allow that. Once you do have a decent payout their system will tag you so for the rest of the day you’ll not be able to win anymore. I’ve experienced it countless times i promise you. Games where you have to match 3 in order to advance is a huge scam they know will keep you spinning and the reward will be a fraction of it cost you to get the 3. I’m doing a documentary on this kind of online robbery/ shake down. I never thought i would on this subject but i’m compelled to because of what i’ve seen happen here and how it’s such a deplorable thing. Everyday i notice something new where they have tightened the screw even tighter and they think nobody notices and if the truth be known they think their players are huge idiots because nobody with a quarter of a brain would participate in their operation. Suckers if you do. Look up shake down and sucker and look in the mirror.

I've tried to play the tournaments and it takes all day to get a free pass to play and for the biggest part I can't even get past 1 round 2 at the most...there is no way that I would pay money to play this game....it is a total rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!
