I’ve played this game for a looong time. Of course it’s fun when you’re winning but that’s not often. It takes so long to level up I’ve been at emerald level for over a year. Every time I purchase coins it doesn’t work & I have to contact customer support so I’ve decided not to waste my time or money. I’ll just wait for the “free” coins plus contacting support is not easy.

There are a lot of promotions to do something (achieve a goal, earn stars, play heads up tournaments or make purchases, etc) with the promise of some sort of reward the “following Monday”. I have played along many times and have NEVER received the promised reward. I wrote customer service and complained and they gave me a few heads up tickets once. My husband got nothing. KEEP YOUR PROMISES EPIC SLOTS! You happily take our money and we’re dumb enough to think we will get something in return. You must fix this problem!!

Tournaments are a scam. So is the rest of the games! I play everyday the tournaments and am starting to really realize its a HUGE WASTE OF TIME!! Most of the time I don’t even get past the first round let alone the second or third and so on! ???? Dont bother frustrating yourself when there are BETTER SLOT GAMES WITH BETTER TOURNAMENTS AND MORE GAMES IN THE TOURNAMENT THEN JUST ONE TRY THEN HOURS LATER YOU MAY GET ANOTHER!!! EPIC 777 IS THE NAME! SOOOOOO DONE AS OF TODAY!

Don't waste your time or money on this game. Big fish ruined the game, you never win. And those in game with real high amounts of coins are just there employees/ bots. Go ahead and tell them to say something they won't they're robots

I have played this game for several months never have I really won what I have put up! I know it is just a game but when you spend time playing and rarely get a great coin reward it is discouraging. I have also noticed it has taken me forever to upgrade to emerald and now it maybe a lifetime before I make it to ruby. I also noticed that no matter what you do buy tickets or play head to heads for free you never really make it past the 4th round! So sorry but I will be deleting my account!
