Don’t really care about players

I’ve played a hard battle on my iPad when a short electricity outage happened. And although it was back on again in just a few minutes my WiFi was off and I was kicked out from the middle of a battle. Why do you need a connection in the middle of a battle? Why did you kick me out when connection got back? I’ve lost all the spells I’ve used and 20 energy points were also lost in this abyss (although I haven’t really lost the battle and actually was close to winning it!). And this is not the first time this happens to me even with really short connection breakdowns. Moreover although the Options menu has a “Report a Bug” button, it navigates to some forum where I have to register first. Really? Another useless registration just to report you your bug? Sorry but this means you don’t really care. So I’ll leave my feedback here, where I’m already registered.

Really like this game!! It’s fun and addicting. I’ve been trying playing for a few months now. I’ve erased every other game like it that I’ve downloaded. This game is the only one still on my device. The only thing I wish they would change is to allowed for more than one match at a time. Give a time limit to match as many as possible each turn. But overall great game!

This game is solid fun most of the time. However sometimes during the events they’ll scale damage back to encourage people to pay money for gems to get a stronger team. That’s been very obvious with the most recent patch. They made the pvp raids actually have some meaning, but in the process scaled back the damage you do while attacking. You can spend resources to find a better match up. However, now when you find a team with a lower power level then your own team you’re just as likely to lose as if you were attacking a stronger team. It’s VERY obvious they changed it and it’s a weird change.
Fun and adicting

It is fun and adicting to develop your city and get in contact with other players but is a little unfair about summoning heros and when you battle with other players because you do not know their ability in which you could chose to battle or not at first place!
