Emily Skye’s Workouts is an app that allows you to evaluate your progress over a 90 day period with before and after photos. Regardless of your start point, Emily Skye’s Workouts will accommodate you.
Emily will guide you through easy to follow workouts designed to get maximum results. Every workout and exercise will be explained with easy to follow instructional videos that show you how to perform each exercise safely and effectively. Your progress will be tracked and your results recorded so that you can see exactly how far you’ve come. Log in with Facebook to share your experiences with others using Emily Skye’s Workouts.
Participants will be awarded tokens for completing a prescribed amount of days training. These tokens can be redeemed in the App for bonus content. So not only will you transform your body, but you’ll be rewarded along the way!

App is great but it’s annoying that you have to log in every single time you open the app. I will update my review once this problem gets fix.
The program is great, but the fact that I have to enter my email/password to log in every day is quite ridiculous. Just keep me logged in (or at the least make it so that we can use the key icon [iPhone’s native password wallet] to auto fill email/password)
I’ve been using this app for years and have purchased her full premium fitness program.. I only have 2 concerns, the app can be glitchy with the videos, and then the thing that annoys me the most is having to log in every single time.. it doesn’t remember my email or my password and this drives me nuts because I use it daily! Please fix that by adding a “remember me” option or maybe thumbprint recognition. Other than that it’s a great app and will get my 5 stars when it is upgraded.
Aside from being a genuinely great person, Emily Skye’s workouts are also *fantastic.* I love that this app (and her workouts) are free, because comparable programs are a lot more expensive. I usually do all of the moves with weights, and I find them to be very effective! Love this program!
Best workout app ever but after today’s update I can’t view the entire app screen.i have an iPhone X and don’t have access to the bottom part of the app. I can barely hit Begin Workout and can’t see the “skip” option at the not time right hand corner between reps. Also I could see the a paper airplane button to make a comment when done with the workout.
I love the daily workouts. My only issues are that it doesn’t save login information so you have to keep logging in. Also if I pause mid workout (Mom of 5) then it doesn’t save my progress and there’s no way to skip.
Love this app as well as her program. I’ve just started and it’s amazing. I only wish that I didn’t have to login and type it my password every time I want to access the app. And also would be great if there was an Apple Watch app that way I wouldn’t have to keep picking up my phone during my workout to see what’s next.
There needs to be a way to stay signed in/faster login for members! I check the programs multiple times a day & it'd be so nice if I didn't have to hit login via email, type email, password, etc. every time. Thanks!
