Devs. Please answer this. What will happen if you guys go out of buisness? Will out $150 lifetime purchase just go to waste or will we still be able to use Emby?

It has been years and they still can’t get the download manager correct.

Had an issue not getting a channel (noticed only after a day of signing up/ only channel I watch) emailed them asking if they could fix it, they got back to me the next day and said it was fixed........ well the problem was not fixed so emailed them again letting them know that the issue was still there. They got back to me saying “this is not at&t, we don’t have to deal with you” and canceled my account........ well okay then all I wanted was the issue fixed. I was not rude at all, so if you ever have a problem they probably will not help and just cancel you....

This app looks like the developers took a 1 hour material design course and copy and pasted MD elements. The design is lazy for the price and lacks features of competitors like Plex. If you want a shot at Plex step up your game.

App is to flaky and hangs up, on several menu option. Kind of useless when remote from home. Just unreliable.

Can’t watch anything on iPad unless you pay $4.99 The model of paying per device is ridiculous. I don’t care about browsing from iPad and casting to TV. If I install this on my iPad it is to watch on it. Emby premiere subscription and lifetime subscription are not affordable, and lifetime has a limit on the number of devices (25). Very restrictive and stupid. Charge a one-time ~$39 for a server + unlimited devices and that’d be reasonable. Make your apps work free for in-lan playback and you’re going somewhere.
