Completely useless, they send you items you didn't order, the prices are different than in the app, they don't contact you for alternatives they just deliver what they have. Customer service is disappointing

Doing my groceries now with el Grocer! I used to have issues with app before. But with the recent updates and changes, i find it easier to use now. Thanks for listening to our feedback!
Crashes constantly!

I wanted to try the app, but every time I open it, it crashes within two seconds. I tried reloading and doing a hard reset on my phone. Absolutely useless!
Worst application to ever be developed

What amazes me about this application and the company itself is that they actually thought launching into the digital space was something they could manage when they haven't even figured out the actual basic building blocks of grocery delivery. There are at most only 2 availability grocery stores on their platform, one of which does not even accept credit card upon delivery. To add insult to injury, there is zero control over customer service. Placing an order through their app is like sending a distress call to an unknown address. Someone may or may not answer you, and chances are they do not speak English or understand what a distress call is. Save yourself the trouble and do not download this app

It took them over 15 minutes for the supermarket to receive my order. The supermarket then called to offer alternatives since the product I ordered wasn't available. When I received the order, with the new product, the promo code I entered wasn't applied to my bill. Although it was accepted and applied on the app. When I reached out to the grocer via live chat, no one answered. Meanwhile, the supermarket won't apply the promo code or cancel or update the order on the app. So technically I was treated as if I order through the phone like any other customer. Where's the perk in using el grocer app? I fail to see it. And from the user end, I can't edit or cancel or track my order, totally in the blind here. I received an email saying my order is dispatched, while the app says it's pending! Very disappointing.
