Worst application to ever be developed – elGrocer: UAE Grocery Delivery Review

What amazes me about this application and the company itself is that they actually thought launching into the digital space was something they could manage when they haven't even figured out the actual basic building blocks of grocery delivery. There are at most only 2 availability grocery stores on their platform, one of which does not even accept credit card upon delivery. To add insult to injury, there is zero control over customer service. Placing an order through their app is like sending a distress call to an unknown address. Someone may or may not answer you, and chances are they do not speak English or understand what a distress call is. Save yourself the trouble and do not download this app
