Horrible service – elGrocer: UAE Grocery Delivery Review

It took them over 15 minutes for the supermarket to receive my order. The supermarket then called to offer alternatives since the product I ordered wasn't available. When I received the order, with the new product, the promo code I entered wasn't applied to my bill. Although it was accepted and applied on the app. When I reached out to the grocer via live chat, no one answered. Meanwhile, the supermarket won't apply the promo code or cancel or update the order on the app. So technically I was treated as if I order through the phone like any other customer. Where's the perk in using el grocer app? I fail to see it. And from the user end, I can't edit or cancel or track my order, totally in the blind here. I received an email saying my order is dispatched, while the app says it's pending! Very disappointing.
