It only gives me 2 free dances per day and that’s just unacceptable and my mom won’t buy me any SO THAT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE MORE FREE DANCES

I’ve been a fan for years - and every year there are more great dances. My grandkids just loved the new Wonderland dance - we made a family card it was hilarious Previously they had only one free dance but now they added two thats much better. Also you can make the elves dance in your home which is fantastic

Last year, I purchased all of the dances but I deleted the app. It’s a great app, I am pretty entertained by it but I would like my dances back. Is it a way I could restore my purchases?

I’ve used this app for a few years, now when it’s uploaded to Facebook the entire video gets muted because of the music...
Unable to Recover Past Purchase

I was able to download some, but not all of the past purchases. The app want me to pay for them again. Why? FYI - I posted this after I had gone through the restore. It randomly only downloaded a couple of the songs I previously purchased. I've been using this app for past 3 years. This is the same Apple ID, I've never had a different Apple ID.

I downloaded this app today and made the video. I decided I wanted to use the videos you need to pay for, so I purchased all videos. It still just shows me the previews of those videos and wants me to purchase one for .99. I should have access to these videos since I purchased them all. I tried to Restore All Purchases and that did nothing. It’s also annoying that my faces aren’t saved and I have to go and choose them again every time I start the app.

Which is more important to Office Depot? Marketing the company with a cute, free, shareable video? Or, making a few dimes off elf videos? If it were the former, it would be genius. "Hey, where'd you get that video? Office Depot? How great are they?" Instead, it's "Why the ___ is Office Depot charging YOU to market them? How stupid are they..and you?" Office Depot, if you want to be Jib Jab, fine. But if you want to use this as a marketing tool, make it free. Staples is a great company.

Why the watermark. The old app didn’t have it. Remove the watermark to get back your five star rating. Support website is blank. Absolutely no help. You ruined a great app, but obviously you don’t care. Would give less than one star if possible? Watermark was removed love the app again
