I purchased this and want to order prints but now I can’t find the videos or images

I love the app don’t get me wrong but I was making a Christmas present for my family and it was going to be this so I made a bunch of videos and saved each one only to find out that when I go to my camera roll, it’s not there! I had nothing for my family.

I've been trying to upload this video, download it or email it and the app crashes EVERY TIME! Why? I'm so disappointed.

Spent my money and found out the app crashes on all paid dances

Paid $5.99 and got a program that doesn’t work!

Downloaded and played the free vid. Loved it, so paid for the 19 more..kept giving me previews only and said “buy for .99”...hit the purchase again and said “already bought, will restore”....got the loading sign and never did load...did same thing twice, deleted app and loaded again hoping it would work, but no go...so I got the two free vids for $5.99!

Unfair that I paid for the features in the app a couple Christmas’ ago and do not have the option to get back what I paid for. Please fix.

This took the place of me sending Christmas cards and people look forward to receiving them but I need access to the dances I bought in previous years. This year there is no ability to restore purchases. I am not going to spend money again on dances I already bought. That’s not how a developer builds a loyal customer base. Now I’m wondering what else is out there.
