I signed up, filled my profile out, uploaded my pictures and started answering the rest of the questions. As soon as I was done, the app told me that my account has been deactivated and that I have to activate it via the website, and logged me out. There was no other information or how I could go about that. It isn’t letting me log in now. After searching for a while, I found a way to contact customer support but they won’t get back to me in three days as their support website says. So, here I am, just supposedly signed up and ready but they close my account right away. I answered every question truthfully and uploaded recent pictures. I guess they don’t want any users. Stay away from this trash of an app. The ocean of 1-star reviews should’ve been a clue but I was optimistic and had high hopes. Joke’s on me, I guess.

If you are a man seeking a man or a woman seeking a woman then eharmony doesn’t want you. When signing up, it asks for your preference and tries to send you to another app if you’re looking for same sex. The reviews on the app it tries to send you to are absolutely pathetic. Not a single review over 1star. I saw an add for this on TV but I guess I’m not welcome ?‍♂️

Clunky and unreliable app - not worth it

Don’t be lulled in on the compatibility thing. It really doesn’t add anything and most of the profiles on the app are stale. I’d guesstimate that perhaps 10% are active users. The rest you have to wait to be spoon fed each day. The usage of the app is intermittent and often glitches showing matches and then they disappear. There’s no rhyme or reason. Using the desktop login frequently shows the site is having an issue. I’ve tried this out and can say after giving it a shot it is no better than the free options from some of the other rope rated dating apps. This seems to be like an elephant graveyard where dating profiles go to die but not from finding matches. But giving up on the service sadly. The only good thing is some of their phone reps are polite. But the pricing model and how you are matched and then how well their system works is what you really are paying for and it simply does not work and I live in a large metropolitan area. 100% compatibility with deleting my profile and app. ?

Half the time I want to get on, the app treats me like it never heard of me and requires me to enter my email address and password. I find that extremely bothersome and am considering dropping my membership

I give up and not pay another dime for this dating site. Why remove your profile after I said hi how are you doing in a very nice way and with manners. I don’t get it but they lie when they say it’s someone for everyone. That’s just not true at all.

Hey developers, from a developer to a developer, please fix this issue , I gotta login every time I open the app. I actually have no idea why that could happen, none of my apps have done that yet. I paid for this app and this is annoying. ?

This app is the worst of all dating apps available, especially for the astronomical price. I am “strategically matched” with 7 daily matches. Because there are so few women who are member in my area, I end up matching with women who are 50-75 mi away and we have nothing in common, though this app claims “you have 100% compatibility”. This app is a joke. Low volume of members means low chance of meeting a compatible mate. I want my money back! Also, poor app design. It takes WAY too long to scroll a candidate and swipe.
