Datng Fail

This app is a disappointment. I am beginning to believe all dating apps are a scam, full of fake accounts. This app in particular has horrible cancellation policies and locks you in to long term commitments, without producing results and will it release you. I would like to report the app to dateline and the better business bureau.

This apps’s interface is TERRIBLE! It’s slow and unwieldy - it takes a literal minute to load your response of a smiley face to “like” a profile before you can move onto the next one (and yes, I checked across multiple wifi connections.) You can’t see photos until you pay, which is a rip off because most profiles are old or inactive and you can’t chat until you pay (sort of standard) so you won’t know that it’s worthless until they already have your money! I left this app months ago bc it was so frustrating and such a rip off. Don’t waste your time or money!

I’m not a fan that you aren’t able to purchase one month, just to try it out, see if it’s something you even like or want to join. Obviously, the one year subscription is the best buy, and 3 months is close to that. Not really a good deal!

Problems with app

It keep disconnected from saved password, I reset password several times! It’s just annoying! Limited options for paying members, I can’t see who check me out, no information when other members last time online( maybe 5years ago?) And we continue send them “smiles “?! No information if this payed member( because none payed can’t see you!) This dating service just joke, nothing compare meet in person! Not recommend to anybody!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this site. 90% of the profiles are either fake or non-paying customers which means there is no way to communicate with the individual. It’s essentially a pointless app that costs too much money for basically nothing.

Customer service... or lack there of

I tried this over a decade ago and found the worst relationship I’ve had in my adult life. I’ve grown from it so it’s not all bad. But wanted to try this again and I can’t get a pw reset email sent. ?‍♀️Hard pass on an app that cant help an INFJ well and has terrible technical help.

Nobody on here is actually looking for a relationship. And 99% of the women you want to talk to don’t pay for it. It’s a waste of time. It’s quite expensive for not getting anything out of it. And you can only buy in 6 month blocks.

I’m sorry to write such a poor review on such a popular app but I’ve been on this site for weeks and not a single match. The only way I match with people is if I put my range to over 30 miles but then I was getting people from the other side of the state. How can you start a relationship with someone that lives 2 1/2 three hours away from you. I’m sorry but this site is dated. There’s other dating sites out there that are not only free but people are actually using.
