Way too hard to sign a document and add text... spent the past 30 min trying to figure it out didn't get anywhere even went to the help center and directions weren't clear at all. Terribly built app

Doesn’t recognize my number can’t log in. Super frustrating.

I found the app to be clumsy and frustrating to manipulate from the iPhone. Perhaps a tablet or computer would be easier but not what was advertised . I was not successful in sending a single fax, not successful with a “free” activation, and only successful in losing my subscription which the company refused to refund. Definitely would not recommend for iPhone users.

eFax services really work for you me. Easy to send and receive feom bith my computer, laptop, iPhone and iPad. I get successful transmission notices on sent items and received fax on those sent here. I send and receive in pdf format. No machines to buy. Includes a dedicated fax number that belongs to me. Highly recommend. Tax deductible. No equipment to break or maintain, no supplies needed. Great customer service and support if ans when needed.

Tried to send a 10 page fax twice, failed middle of the send both times. Went to the UPS store. Stupid me, I did not realize it was going to keep billing me monthly so I got stuck with a renewal. Nothing like a charge for something that does not work to prompt you to clean out the trash.

Frustrating but it works

This app is fairly simple to use, I guess. I had 16 photos to send and attempted to do so on the app. It gave no warnings that my attempt was too large. It just said “check your sent files”. There was nothing there. So, I decided to try the web version. There it tells me my file attempt is too large. So, I broke the fax down to 10 pages and 6 pages. So eventually, my 6 page fax goes through (I assume) 25 minutes later. My 10 page fax was sent first and still no copy in the sent. So I attempt to break the 10 page down to 2-6 page faxes because now I have to make a cover sheet for each one.. I checked 1 more time before I started with my new first 6 page fax and still nothing there. After retaking the 6 photos of the fax, and sending it off again… I check the sent… and sure enough, the 10 page fax is in the sent folder. I still have not gotten actual confirmation from the receiver as they already left the office for the day. I had plenty of time to get it to them when I started but the entire process to take repeated photos literally took hours to complete. And I have really no way of knowing if the faxes really did send or not, until Monday. So, my 2 stars are based on the assumption that the faxes actually made it over. But there is no clear way to utilize the free trial that I saw as an offer before signing up. Really feels deceptive. If you have the patience of a saint and not time sensitive faxes, with a low amount of pages, sure I guess this app is okay. But if you have critical, time sensitive faxes, don’t use this app. For $16.99 a month ($203.88 per year) this app needs to process a lot faster , have a better pending interface to show if something is or is not processing and estimated times for how long it will take to process and send. With the inconvenience, the slow processing and lack of communication on the ui, it really should be a subscription price for 12.99 a year. You’ve overvalued a very subpar user experience.

I just tried to sign up for a free account, but now see there is a $16.99 charge. I cancelled the subscription and sent an email through the app to confirm the charge will be removed. Received a bounce back email that it was undeliverable?
