Send and receive faxes from your iPhone or iPad with ease. Simply upload documents using your email, device or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox), or scan documents using your camera interface. Edit your documents if needed, add an optional personalized cover page and then tap send. You can even add an electronic signature with the touch of your finger.
eFax will send you a confirmation when your fax is delivered and you’ll get timely alerts each time a new fax is received. eFax Plus subscription details: Monthly subscription fee of $16.99 (USD) includes 300 inbound/outbound fax pages per month and your choice of a local or toll-free fax number. Subscription fee will be charged through your iTunes account during the purchase confirmation. Auto-renewal may be turned off and subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes account after purchase. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew for $16.99 per month unless your subscription is canceled through the iTunes account and auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Renewed accounts will be charged $16.99 for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current month is allowed during the active subscription period.

I agree with another person that reviewed them. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP!!!!! They’ll charge you even when you cancel. When I tried to get my money back, they said they didn’t have a record of me even calling. I definitely have the toll free number on my call logs obtained from my cellular service provider. Mathew Bruyere and the rest of the company .. SCAM .. I would’ve rather paid Staples or Office Max to handle my needs. NEVER AGAIN!

I signed up for a free trial and got billed $16.99 right away. Ridiculous customer service when I tried to reach out to find out why. I ended up going in a circle and gave up.

I had to update my card info with Apple and now the app says the fax number I have had for over a year is not recognized! I’m disgusted. If you cannot fix this NOW— I want my money back for all these fees. I paid for the subscription bc I trusted my files were safe.

So it would not send my attachment. I cancelled. And now it keeps trying to charge my credit card and when I try to log in it says I am not a customer! I’ve used all my emails and not one works!

Downloaded off reviews read the bad ones so I decided to give benefit of the doubt wrong . First wouldn’t verify email never got the email to get a code. Secondly after 3 calls to customer service they sent one got it going faxed a number twice and has not sent after showing would get a review lastly nothing in sent folder so do not fall for the 16.99 a month deal you’ll not get service and they take your money piss poor service for sure
