Rough but hopefully it will improve

Map is frustrating. Every few days completely bugs out and loses all my rooms and divided areas. I constantly have to delete and start over which takes time. Hopefully this will get improved.

Fired up my Deebot this morning only to be virtually acosted for my personal data before I could use the app. First I’ve seen of it, but they have probably been collecting my information for months. Last I checked, consent has a voluntary tone, v. “do this or else” tone. Whatever you can tell from my robotic vacuuming habits, please choke on it. Ridiculous. I have the low end model and it works fine.

The app worked fine at first then all of a sudden they wanted information and is you don’t want them to have they shutdown the app they allow you to setup dates and times for the bot to work if you want to change it you can’t the app only works in the home and you can’t control it world wide then why do we need to allow the app to sell our information to 3rd parties have them have personal information at a time when personal information is being stolen just to operate in the home? the app has a basic control you can’t setup for certain rooms and only 1 pattern no set pattern at all

I can always count on this app doing what I’ve set it to do. My Deebot 920 performs a scheduled routine without issue. Extremely satisfied with the performance of the vacuum and app!!

I'd love to review all the sweet features of the vacuum, but the app will not even let me past the agreement screen. Absolute garbage.

Always does perimeter

No matter if I clear the cache, it just vacuums the perimeter. Very frustrating. I would not recommend model 500 because of this issue.It vacuums okay. It will not replace a conventional vacuum. As I said, I’ve cleared the cache and basically memorized the manual and cannot find a resolution for this issue.
