Update 2: An update came out recently and the issue below is still not fixed. Took away another star. You ask what new features we’d like, I would just like you to fix the ones that are already there. If you can’t fix it then why not just make Max power the default? I just stumbled on the power setting by accident when I got the vac, when I was playing with the app. I wonder how many people who just use the remote even know their vac is just running at standard power, and is not cleaning as good as it could. Model DN622.31 Update: I have determined that the power setting has reverted back to standard every time I use the robot now, even though I press save after changing it to Max. I prefer to use the remote to control the robot, but this forces me to open the app every time, which is a nuisance as it takes a while to connect. Took away one star, will give it back if you fix this! Does a decent job. Paid less than the cheapest Roomba, and it has more features than the cheapest Roomba has, plus two side brushes instead of just one. Not the best vacuum in the world, but I run it most days and it keeps the carpet looking clean. If I want a deep clean then I use my conventional vacuum. One request, every time I use it I have to check the app to make sure it is on Max vacuum power, and it seems that half the time it has reverted back to Standard power. There have been a lot of updates to the app in the few months that I have owned the robot, so it is possible it only defaults to Standard power after an update, I haven’t quite determined that yet. Maybe you could make Max power the default please? As it doesn’t have as much suction as a conventional vacuum, then I’m not sure why anyone would want to use Standard power, except that maybe it makes the battery last longer. Even on Max power it runs for quite a long time on a full charge.

It doesn’t run properly after just 3 months. Will stop running and blink red on the power button. Runs also without brushes spinning. Would not recommend. What a waste of money!!!!
Routers no longer work

I got the app to sync with my deebot 600 but it wouldn’t turn on when I pressed the button on the app. So I tried to resync it and now it won’t sync up and I get some weird error in Chinese. Both my routers quit working this morning as well. I regret giving this app/company my information.
Last update is terrible. Please fix issues.

This last updated version is terrible. Unable to Locate the vacuum, keep circling the drain until completely loses the cycle. Please fix bugs
Fantastic robot and app!

Wow I don’t even know where to start. This robot exceeded all expectations! It replaces our 6-year-old Roomba which recently fully failed. The Roomba used to do a decent job and would get stuck here and there and missed spots. This robot NEVER gets stuck, and never misses a spot. The setup was super easy and the app is very feature rich and useful. My wife and I absolutely love it!!

Beeps non-stop while on charger

We have ckd everything and can find no reason for the beeping! Before this issue I would have given this product a 5 star rating! Vacuums better than our Roomba! But this beeping is making us crazy!!!
