Delightful!

forestcitygirl

I have been an EBay customer for many years now and through lots and lots of transactions. I can count the number of issues I’ve had on one hand (with fingers left over). The VERY few I’ve had have been resolved quickly and fairly. How cool is that? I buy super cool vintage China, memorabilia, and what have you, along with the most amazing Christmas items, from the most incredible sellers! I love the opportunities this website gives me to find “that footed cream soup bowl for this gorgeous set of Castleton china” or “this fantastic old Sunkist metal sign” I just had to have…I love that. It’s here, come see!

No way to set default country

Dude named Ben

I have had an eBay account for many years and was always on the US store as back I. The day it was the only one. I live in Asia now and it always points me at the local and lackluster local eBay which never has anything of any demand in it. So I do a search and nothing turns up. I then have to put in a country filter to select the USA before anything shows up. Really bad.you should be able to select your default country for eBay searchers. I use eBay on the computer only these days. I would delete the app only I live in hope it will get updated to fix this. Never used to be a problem

12.5% fee is robbery

roostarari

12.5% + fees is ridiculous

use the site, not the app

therealcrawsome

the app is the most annoying thing in the world. Go and try to selectively mute some notifications and see how much crap they put you through. There are almost 100 different checkmarks and when you think you just got all the spam there’s another checkmark you need to find and this is confusing by design. This is why apps fail. use the website. coming back to say i hate the app’s noises. they’re loud, different sounding, the sound lasts long, and you get notifications that can’t be silenced in ios. uninstalled!???

Horrible company, steals money

I win therefore I am

I listed a box break with specific instructions in the headline and details, a few people didnt read and thought they were getting something valued at the time over $10,000 for $25. So when they didn’t wait for all the spots to fill (as stated in description) they filed complaints. eBay eventually took the listing off because they don’t comprehend English either. Now they take the seller account fees every month but won’t let me list anything. I had had my eBay account for 20 years with 100% positive rating until then.

14% fees! And increasing…

Gabi 82

eBay the platform is convenient, for the most part is streamlined, and user friendly. However the fees are getting outrageous. When I started selling 10% was the going rate, now it’s up to 14% since eBay includes sales tax and shipping in their fee calculation. So elect to use “free shipping” because fees also come out of the shipping charge. I used to love eBay, but when does it stop? The platform makes more than I do reselling an item.

GREAT APP, PLEASE READ, BETTER THAN AMAZON

Caleb26502

Hey, my name is Caleb Farley, and I love eBay because I love trucks and four wheelers. And with that and my bad luck ? EBAY IS PERFECT for helping me get parts for them, and fast to, I ordered a starting silanoid for my 2011 hamaha grizzly 300 on 2/6/22 and it said I would get it on 2/14/22 but it happily said early arrival on 2/9/22 and I got it that morning, which is today, and I’m so happy because I live in dunlow West Virginia 25511, and to get the package in only 3 days is outstandingly fantastic, I LOVE EBAY

Beware!!

CTHHY

Customer service is terrible. They don’t care about sellers. Took my items and never got paid

Lost some accessibility with latest update

Mom24monsters

Everything seem to be going really well until this last update. Unfortunately, when there’s a multi item listing, where you can choose the item, VoiceOver no longer reads the names of the items in the list. It tries to describe photos, but leaves a lot to be desired. This is something that definitely needs to be fixed, as I really enjoy going through those listings, and you’re doing a disservice to not only your buyers, but your sellers as well. This problem just started. Please don’t leave your members with visual impairments out in the cold, especially those who have been with eBay for over two decades. Actually, don’t even take that into account, because even your new members are just as important as those of us who have been with you since the beginning.

Love eBay!

What a great buying and selling platform!
