This is the only way to order fast decent food in my area. I work so I don’t have time to pick up the phone or depend on a person to take my order and mess it up. I like the easy application and the fact it can be done all in one app, pay - call -status, whatever you need to know.

I love that I can order takeout online and get extra coupons that I wouldn’t normally get over the phone! Never had any issues with ordering. Great app, I use it weekly.

My family loves this app. We can get delivery from places that don’t deliver and several of our favorites that do. Pay with PayPal is s great feature too, very convenient!

Especially when ordering from local "carry out" places the 3 dollars off every 5 to 6 orders isnt bad either.

3.5 stars. App is easy to use and the benefits are encouraging. Certainly makes me want to order from the app instead of by phone. I will say I have had a few issues. Mainly a disconnect between what I want to actually order and what I can select. Also first coupon reward does not exist on the restaurants menu deeming that offer worthless and about to expire. Also had an order just not show up at all. Other then that I do like it and hope it continues to improve. (Like prioritizing pepperoni at the top of the list for a pizza topping, before peppers and anchovies....)

Doesn't keep up to date with any of the stores they have listed. My friend had food "delivered" to them, cause eat street allowed the address to resolve. Well, it went through so we didn't think anything of it. Later I get a call telling me it can't be delivered cause it's out of area, and since it's through eatstreet which is 3rd party, they couldn't refund me cause it's all done online, and the store doesn't have my money eatstreet does... I was very upset, especially cause I didn't have enough in my account to try and reorder somewhere else. I had to wait to get it refunded by contacting eatstreet.. Awful. You need to figure out where the delivery areas are! If I'm an hour away from said restaurant, but I've never heard about it, except through your site, and you say it can be delivered, I expect it to be delivered or that's your fault for being an incompetent company! Dont allow someone to put any address on the delivery screen no matter how far. FIX THIS.
