I have never had to constantly study my information so many times. I’ve had the same job and same bank account since I’ve been using this app. Alway pay on time but yet every two weeks I’m having to send multiple screen shots of the same information. Even after I verify the information, I’m constantly having to wait several days to cash out. I’ve chatted in to customer service and nothing changes. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done about this

They took away one of the coolest features. Was a really sweet way to get me into the app and made me want to save more money to get more tickets.

This app is SCAM!!! They try to get you to pay for other peoples accounts when you have never used this app before. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!

In today’s world it’s nice to have a company that’s got your back. I’ve been using Earnin for a couple years now and I’m so grateful for all the help from the Earnin team and community!

It’s sending fake notifications to my phone to make me open the app for no reason. Don’t send me notifications to “access my earnings” if I’ve hit my max payout. I’m already salty that y’all know good and well I’ve made way more money than my max payout and still won’t let me cash out. And the having a friend vouch for you is insulting. This app is still a decent resource but it’s also extremely misleading in its advertising as to what it’s supposed to do/be. It’s more of a payday loan without interest than letting you cash out as you earn money. I don’t really care if it eventually is more like that once it ups your spending max, that’s not how it’s advertised to work. It’s advertised as you work, you get same day access to that money. That is not what this is.

I like this app for the most part - it’s well designed and easy to use, and the chat function is helpful for minor issues. My major issue is their complete lack of flexibility, especially in the current day and age. I just changed jobs and need to figure out my new pay schedule, so need a bit of a payment extension and they will not allow it because I changed a payment date THREE YEARS AGO. That’s really inflexible and quite ridiculous, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the app.

I love this app! For 7 years it has helped me when I needed gas money, groceries, or even when my work shoes broke! It is a very great “helper” when needed. You do have to be cautious about your upcoming bills, and keep in mind it will take out immediately on payday, but as long as you keep all of your bills on track, and don’t cash out all at once, this can be very helpful! I love Earnin. I try so hard to get my coworkers to use it, and I hope everyone in the future does. Very helpful app, 5 stars!

This company and app will screw you over, at random it will inconsistently change or even remove your ability to access the credit. their customer service is not helpful, also if you travel for work you would have better luck with money lion
