Can you make the app not play recordings in a loop? Also the app keeps making my iPad turn off and on again. And can you make it sound better without headphones.

I am so Happy with this app. It helps me to identify strange behavior

I wanted to hear what my kids were talking about when they were supposed to be in bed. I downloaded but I couldn’t hear anything but static. Also there’s no support or valuable info to make it function.

Does not measurably amplify above ambient sound levels when compared to listening without ears clogged with earphones or plugs

I’m only saying this because I was told to leave feedback to help you improve, but this was not good. I turned by phone to full blast, and same with my headphones. It said they were connected, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. Please fix this for me. I adore playing spy.
