Now makes constant squealing noise

Before my complain was that if it had complete silence it would be great to work. But now as soon as I turn it on the feedback noise starts and never stops. Making it useless

This app is only good if you want to hear your own breathing and heart beat. It’s only good if what you want to amplify is within a foot radius of your microphone. I was trying to hear down the hallway and could hear better with my own ears than with this. It catches EVERY LITTLE SOUND WITHIN A FOOT OF YOU but NOT in a good way. I’m talking - air conditioning, clock on your nightstand, your breath, your movements. And that’s it. Nothing else. ON TOP OF THAT They were sooooo kind and in the middle of me using the app, an EXTREMELY LOUD AND DEAFENING bulls*** app advertisement popped up leaving my ears ringing and my heart racing because of how quick I was trying to hurry up and turn it down. NOT COOL!!!

A silent ad or not, sometimes when you finish recording an ad will pop up, and for some reason this will prevent you from being able to save your recording, which is awful because sometimes you can’t re record. And yes, the ads with sound are not a good idea because of how loud you need the app to be to hear certain sounds. I originally got the app because it was nice to hear what I’m recording while I’m recording it, but now that I am unable to save recordings because of this glitch I’m going to find a different app.
