App just spins a gear wheel endlessly and nothing happens. I place the unit in discovery mode and even my Garmin finds it just fine but not the phone. I have an iPhone X with iOS 13 loaded.

ios13 Bluetooth permissions make this app unusable until developers update for new BT permissions in iOS 13.

Application Lifecycle Management of this app is on the ropes. Last update was shipped 3 months ago. iOS 13 is out now and e-tube project isn’t compatible.

This app works well. Allows you to customize shifter parameters to accommodate different bike configs. Can also update firmware, see battery life, and adjust to multi shifting and shifting speed. Pretty neat addition to electronic shifting. However, it hasn’t worked ever since I update the software on my iPhone. The gear just keeps spinning and nothing happens. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this app compatible with new iPhone software? Thanks

Version 3.4.3 fails to load on iOS 13 on a iPhone X. It will not load. Did you even check to see if it worked? Starting to think I made a mistake in buying Shimano DuraAce di2 products. Nothing on your site for support. Great, now what?

Why? Why does this not work on iPhone? This is unacceptable for something I’ve spent so much money on to not work. Also, there is no back up option to use an Apple computer. This is crazy! Please fix the issue!
