Crashes when you try to load the cameras. No kidding… 123 attempts to load the cameras before they would load! This happens all the time! It has a higher failure rate and the success rate! The developers really need to rethink how this is going to work!

Used to work with iPhone ios 6. But not anymore. Should have a restore update available. Probably works with ios 7. I don't know I don't have a new system and don't want it for my old phone. I hope the techs read the reviews or else I have to wait till they get in Monday morning. I would think they have an answer.

Don't buy the Blackjack Cube until they fix the DW Spectrum app. It has no control of PTZ's, you have to change resolution ever time you change cameras and a host of other problems.

Great job guys! Thank you for making client updates backwards compatible for ios and windows. Frustrating to lose cameras when client updates and cant get server updated promptly

- Cannot view more than 1 live camera - No basic layouts (2x2, 3x3, etc...) - Multi camera view are thumbnail previews which take hours to update - No auto quality setting when viewing a single live camera...have to change the quality manually every time you open a camera and it defaults back to the configured quality setting I would likely have not purchased this system had I known how terrible the iOS apps were.

Terrible app. 2 fps on wifi. Thumbnails don't show live feed. And don't update the views. Such a great company but they don't care about this app. Or the functionality of the digital camera systems. Stick with analog with DWD that is great product.

you would think this app would be great considering the new NVRs are top notch but this app is missing basic features, and it's not yet ios8 compatible.
