New version not working at all and stuck at "connecting". Need the old version back for iPhone 6. (At lease it's works) Old version still works on my iPhone 5 and 4S.

Absolutely frustrating! I am on a condo board that had the system installed about 1 year ago. I deleted the old app inadvertently - ALL OF THE APPS OFFERED DO NOT WORK. If I can't get an app to view / review remotely - I will have a new system put in and I will let people know my thoughts on watchdog products.

Blue app worked fine. Orange of all versions won't work at all; you said you're aware, but after a full day/ nothing so far - no apps that actually work with my DW Max Flex system.... :'(

Their July 1 update of DW VMAX doesn’t work at all and none of their other applications work, Their support won’t reply to my requests for information. This company should go out of business or Apple should kick them out of the store.

Blue app stopped working after update. New apps do not work at all. Contacted DW rep and not heard back. Have many customers with DW systems. This is making our company look bad.

I have my own system at my shop and quite a few customers that are very frustrated that I don't have an answer for them on why they can't use their phone to view their cameras. Your a massive company and have the intelligent staff to work on this so FIX THE PROBLEM or I will not sell a system that a customer cannot view on their phone, you've already lost two to this issue.
