Gone are the days of having to manually enter a customers information. Simply scan your customers ID using the BarMember app and a custom profile is created. Profiles can be accessed at anytime via the mobile app or through the online portal.
Bar Member is a membership database.
APP FEATURES:

- Q&A Feature – Each time a customer is scanned in “Questions” can be toggled on or off to create customizable campaigns to analyze customer patterns and trends. View the results to gauge changes in customer behavior through customizable surveys.
- Email and phone number – When scanning a customers ID the option to input email and phone number for future marketing campaigns.
- Venue portal access – Customize account features and access your customer database online.
- Data storage and extraction – Download your customer database for offline use or to generate custom reports
INTELLIGENT MEMBERSHIP TRACKING:
- When a first time member is scanned Bar Member will verify with cloud service if the member has gone through the application process.
- If the member has not gone through the process, the question fields will be required to process the membership application.
- Returning members will be verified in real time via the cloud service. If the member is an existing member, the question field will no longer populate unless it is manually turned on by user.
- A time stamp of entry is provided for each member.

This app is not where it needs to be to be on the market. Maybe one day the kinks will be worked out but it's not there yet. No manual entry check in option. No way to edit members info. No way to delete members. 86 members. Etc.

As title says the app works great. Allows me to get my customers through the door very quickly and efficiently. Can't begin to explain how fed up we were with asking customers to fill out paper applications. Good job!

This app has saved me from getting fined more then once. Easy to use and fast. We are able to move customers through the door quickly and efficiently now. The app is constantly being updated. There used to be a problem creating member profiles when the ID was damaged but they added a manual entry which is great. The signature feature is great but it would be better if you could have the app rotate when I turn my device. Also if you could add some additional statistics to the dashboard would be great. Thanks!

This app is PHENOMENAL! The only app of its kind and works great throughout the night! Its an easy to use app and very helpful for keeping memberships organized and up to date! Wouldn't recommend any other app! This thing is the bomb!

Using the trial version and so far so good. It's really quick, scans ID's fast and the website is easy to navigate. We tried using another app for memberships with a similar name and it was totally useless. This one looks very promising.
