How do they turn on there not coming on

My lights aren’t coming on and I don’t know how to turn them on

The lights worked great but me being me I lost my controller and still can’t find it ? but the app was good at first I was like now how the heck I do this Mind my redneck talk ? but you have to plug in the lights and go to Bluetooth and select the ELK- whatever them go to the lights and go to menu and go to selected devices if it dosent then u do it wrong then reload the app and it should be there if it didn’t work look it up bc thats all I got so that’s how I fixed it wish me luck on finding the controller ????????????????

figure out a better software for these lights. my lights are stuck on red and greed shades. won’t go to any other color that is offered. it also connects to another set of lights that aren’t even mine but they turn on when i turn mine on.
please fix the music

everything else is working fine but it won’t let me connect to my apple music library

So I bought these lights on Amazon and put them up in my room easily and used one of the QR code’s and got the app with instantly connected to the lights. This was soooo easy I would definitely recommend

I absolutely hate these light & the app! So many colors that they give on the app for options. But the colors don’t appear on your strip of light. For example if i want a peach color it’s jus a blend of hot pink ... Which is absolutely terrible !! This is not what i signed up for ?

The lights work perfectly with the app although you cannot use your OWN music it’s still cool though ;)
