I’m very angry and upset!
Best app ever!?
When I got these for my birthday, I was very excited and ready to try them out. But unfortunately I couldn’t because of quality, Bluetooth, etc. First of all, the app looks very off, doesn’t look fully developed. Secondly, the Bluetooth won’t connect, so I can’t play music. Lastly it’s just bad in general. I love Led lights and the people that make them, but some people don’t understand testing things before producing it. If the creator/producer of these lights fix them, I would be very glad that they did the right thing.

I used this app because my LED light remote recently died and my LEDs are not showing up on this app I definitely understand the raiting.

The LED Steip I bought had me download the App but the App does not sync correctly with my iPhone no matter how many times I have tried to reset my Bluetooth and deleted and reloaded this App all but failed. This App needs updating!!! I am almost to the point of returning the product!

i got the leds on amazon and got the app so i could adjust the lights to whatever color i want. worked great honestly, did everything i pressed. however, i just noticed that if im listening to music on my phone and i use the physical controller, it controls my phone. certain buttons trigger certain things on my phone. for example, fade 3 button skips songs, white and off button pause them, blue disconnects it from any bluetooth device (like headphones or speakers), the music button at the bottom mutes the audio, 1hr button rewinds/goes to the previous song. there’s probably more things it does. i dont even know if its supposed to do that and whether or not be concerned. i also dont know if imma delete the app bc it lets me get this specific shade of pink i loooove that i cant get with the remote options ?

Shame on the app developers! This disappointing app barely connects offering boring preset lighting effects and nothing customizable. Why offer this pretend app at all? Oh yeah, to operate the LED Floodlights I purchased that no longer work. What a waste of money. Ugh. Run away as fast as you can!

I don’t know why people are complaining, my lights connected right away. I haven’t tried the music yet but I am excited to!!!
