Fist for some reason the color red isn’t a thing just ping and my light don’t turn off the just turn blue

Wow. The music function works but it’s songs not from your library. The music they give you is terrible! it’s essentially useless. 3 stars unless they fix it in another update which is unlikely...
Agree what’s up with the Bluetooth

I am able to see them on my Bluetooth and it connects but doesn’t stay connected and can’t use the app for the lights.
I saw all these 1stars and I got worried but it works great!

When I first got them I set them up and all was good but when I had first started trying to set them up it was a little confusing and I couldn’t get them to connect but then I unplugged all of the cords and then plugged them all back it and it magically worked and it connects to my iPhone great! All I recommend if you’re having problems is try unplugging all the cords because sometime they won’t turn in if their not plugs in correctly

No latter what I try the lights just flash. I have wasted 2 rolls now. Waste of money.
Unplug the device from power and plug it back in to get the Bluetooth to work

Couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. now it works perfect

Poorly put together, I have been struggling, repeating the process over and over with no results. Seems the app I downloaded has nothing to do with my lights. Very disappointed with this strip of plastic.
